Seven Swords by Darker Places
Seven Swords is a six-track EP. Crafted by Alex (vocals & bass), Rick (guitar, recording & mixing), Tim (drums), and Alux (synth/piano/efx), these songs were born in late 2022 and refined throughout 2023. Mastered by award-winning engineer David Dominguez at Audio Lounge Productions in Los Angeles, this EP captures our honest, raw energy in every note.
The six-track EP is marking a shift in our sound. We've moved away from our earlier indie rock vibes to embrace a darker, more intense tone. Tracks like "Seven Swords" and "Spinning" best capture this new direction, while "The Birthday Party" and "Death of a King" still carry a hint of our past. "To The Moon" is a nod to our earlier style, and "From the Crypt" brings a hard-to-place, contagious energy. Enjoy the journey into our evolving sound.
