Dan Weiss leads the Dan Weiss Trio, Starebaby and plays as sideman in numerous projects alongside Miles Okazaki, Matt Mitchell, Miguel Zenon, Rudresh Mahanthappa, Craig Taborn, and more He has adapted tabla language on the drumset and has been pushing musical boundaries for years. He also has been dedicated to the pursuit of tabla for over twenty years. That language is found all over his music.
