Compositeur, saxophoniste, chanteur, réalisateur, né en Argentine, Nisenson commença sa carrière en Suisse, où il habita entre 1977 et 1984, il s'installe à Montréal en 2004.
La musique instrumentale de Nisenson se
trouve sur une dizaine de disques enregistrés en Argentine et au Québec.
Nisenson est aussi auteur-compositeur. Ses chansons en espagnol ont une forte dimension poétique.
