Hello Nell by Crusader

I wrote and recorded the foundation of this song about 2 years ago as an exploration of vintage/lofi indie pop tones (mixed with some darker tones too of course). I always liked it but thought it needed a little something more. Well about a month ago I finally found that something...some pulsing chords with a touch of octave down, crunchy slide guitar plugged direct in, tambourine lying on top of my dark ride, etc. Its fun coming back to old recordings with fresh perspective.
