Paddleboy EP by Colin Story

Paddleboy is about summer. It is a reflection on summers spent outdoors in Tofino and Sicamous, in British Columbia, when I was young; it is also a reflection on summers spent outdoors in Toronto, now that I am less young. It's about excitement and disappointment and childhood and adulthood and the smell of wood. It's also about electric guitars and squishy synths and drums and bass and friends.

Thanks to Mack, Sean, and Tyler for their creativity and generosity, to Sophie Welsman (for the picture and advice), to my parents (Jerry and Maureen) for taking me outside in the first place, and to Joe and Robbie Longpré, for over a decade of gracious hospitality (both in person and in absentia).
