This album is another attempt from me at the Continuous Play format. IE the idea is to fake either a vinyl or tape release and experience so ya can be as lazy as you like and listen to everything or take it off.
In addition it`s early release is very much a product of circumstance and as such I may find a need to replace and perhaps improve sections, and I reserve this right.
Adding to these two sides I also include "individual songs" barring "Black Blood" and "Waiting for something to happen".
The observant among you if I can be as bold as to imagine anyone is out there actually reading these notes , will be able to see that the aforementioned tracks are issued individually as kinda singles on these very Bandcamp pages. Another little feature is that the three pieces Known respectively as French Tickle ,Dirty Tickle and Broken machine are really only available on the LP versions of the sides or on demand. that is if you contact me direct I will make a link available to you and I may even remix especially. Not decided yet, and as I am still finishing Side 1 it might even take a while. Anyone who knows me would at the very least say that I don't often go back on things I promise, Ha ha ha



Well. As to the album itself. Can I say from the outset that this release which is both free to Stream and Download to your devices , has been not only difficult to get done but also coincides with the most physically traumatic period of this boy’s existence. I won`t "bore on" as there are plenty clues in the lyrics.
the covers: What the hell? No publishers to worry about or to clear as its a old old folk number also I well love the melody and I got the chance to offer up 2 renditions and also to twaddle about with my Chinese Djembe.

I suppose it all started normally enough The Idea being based on the Idea that much of my thinking time is done in the sauna and steam room somewhere in darkest Edinburgh and that it is indeed common for me to drop off the old log even though it's usually milliseconds.
So I start to dream and then pontificate about mortality and getting older by the day which is of probably zero interest to anyone who may stumble on this page at any point. It`s relevant though, as things in general have been slowing me down in the creativity dept. I shall probably edit the sleeve notes post release and as per usual add and remove mixes. Half the album is instrumental and more than half improvised on the fly , Folks will pick up on where if they give it a whirl

The AI Album cover gets it quite close , How damned ugly is that sheet? I state now for the record that it is 99% rendered by AI. This is something that "the creatives" in all the realms better start to at least accept if not possible to actually embrace. It really is an unstoppable train.
