Gettin' Greasy by Cellar Music

In our ongoing effort to celebrate the Cellar Music Group’s 20th anniversary throughout 2021 we continue to release life-style themed digital only collections monthly on Bandcamp. July’s curated set, “Gettin’ Greasy” showcases some of our favorite swinging groove slabs from a varied array of artists.

The playlist includes 50 tracks from the label’s wide-ranging repertoire featuring a solid diverse line up with combos like Metalwood, Organik Vibe Trio, The Uptown Quintet and The Nightcrawlers; stellar musicians Cory Weeds, Ian Hendrickson-Smith, Steve Kaldestad, Brad Turner and Cannonball Adderley; and vocalists Alyssa Allgood, Etta Jones, Lucy Yeghiazaryan and many other Cellar favorite players. The set is available at the anniversary sale price of $20 for all 50 tracks and features original art design from famed abstract artist Lori Popaduik.
