Mondia by CBA String Trio

The CBA String Trio plays original compositions by all three members as well as arrangements of some of their favourite jazz composers. From the frentic intensity of Bud Powell's "Parisian Thoroughfare" to the languid beauty of George Gershwin's "Somoeone to Watch Over Me" and the ethereal mystery of Ulli Bartel's "Mondia", the CBA String Trio offers a wide palette which borrows from multiple music traditions and presents a refreashing and enjoyable alternative to the typical string or jazz ensamble.
