palette, melodic structure and harmonies all contribute to help clear the mind and soul of residual stresses which may have gathered during the day, or indeed during one's life.

The work may be listened to in part or as a whole meditation. The healing moments it offers relax the memory in particular, healing it of unsavoury thoughts, tensions and unwanted programs."
