Húmedo by Brenda
After acclaimed edits and remixes in recent years, we've decided to sign what we consider to be Colombia's most exciting new talent: Brenda. The Bogotá-based artist presents "Húmedo", a three-track EP that brings together and consolidates high design, playful melodies, and sharp percussion that strongly collides UK and Colombia’s sound influences. In short, a great example of the current state of the Sur América bass technology.
This time there are no remixes, but on A1, the single we're releasing today before the full EP comes out on August xxx, there's a stellar Colombian collaboration. After the celebrated "Ronaldinho hace la elástica" and a remix for Dengue Dengue Dengue & Prisma, Verraco returns to the label to inject his gnarly FM synthesis and meticulous design into "Rápido & Lento ;)".
