BBMA163 The first official vinyl (re-)release of the legendary UK Vegan Straight Edge veterans '95 demo & '97 Sure Hand Records EP. This "album" combines specifically for this purpose re-mastered versions of the two very first recordings of Withdrawn (even with the addition of a short bonus track). Don't sleep on this piece of history! Withdrawn (later re-named to Evanesce) is defunct since the mid '00s, but their legend still lives on as members went on to play in bands like Slavearc, Unborn, Coughin' Vicars, Salem Rages, Walk The Plank, Sheer Attack, SSS, Koreisch, Tunnage, Blood Green, Vorhees, Steadfast, Sick Fuckin O, Night Stalker, Meatlocker, Knockdown, ...and probably many more ;-)

Track 1 - 5 is the "Figures" Demo, recorded in August '95 at Hard City Records, Liverpool. Engineered by Phil Hughes. Vocals & Lyrics: Neil Schock, Drums: David Fergusson, Guitar: Martin Von Bargen, Guitar: Shane Byrne, Bass: Martin Wainwright. Self-Released by the band only on Tape.

Track 6 - 9 is the "A Certain Innate Suffering" EP, recorded in late '96 and released in May '97 via Sure Hand Records on CD. Produced by Jamie Cavanagh from Anathema. Vocals: Chris Meadows, Drums: David Fergusson, Guitar: Martin Von Bargen, Guitar: Danny McDermott, Bass: Mic Foster.
