Phone Ideas by Botany
To help my young family out during Bandcamp's waiving of proceeds, I'm releasing this 31-minute EP of beat sketches, and a few voice memos, from the past few months and years respectively. Whether I held my phone up to a speaker to sample a record, sung & played into my phone's mic, or dragged in samples from the desert island stash I keep on the cloud, every second of every track on this release was stitched together on this god forsaken glass rectangle in my pocket (mostly while my son napped on me). May those who are healthy during this time remain that way, and those who've experienced loss find peace in this realm of constant change. ☮☮☮
