Flywheel by Bonfire Radicals
Flywheel is the 3rd release from Bonfire Radicals, and is a celebration of their joyful inertia; an ode to resisting forced changes - a testament to the energy and determination the band stores deep within its grooves. The band recorded live in-the-round, producing an EP which delivers the same audacious variety of British and Balkan influences, intense tunes and powerful rhythm section that has come to be expected from Birmingham’s adventurous six.
An intriguing mix of original material and arrangements, with strong influences from English and Greek traditional songs, Bulgarian dancing rhythms, psychedelia and heavy metal
