Blood Quartet was formed in early 2015 in Barcelona from a fortuitous collaboration between NY No-waver Mark Cunningham (Mars, Don King, Raeo, Convolution etc)and Catalan experimental underground noise-rock trio Murnau B. A cassette, Dark Energy, appeared later that year and in October 2016, their first full LP, Deep Red, followed by Until My Darkness Goes in 2018 and Root 7 in 2022,
