A while ago the bird was returning to its nest only to find a serpent’s teeth covered in blood

Ever since the hawk set herself on a bloody hunt

Looking for the one that gored her precious babies

One fine day she spotted a worn out one

Charged violently, she finally found the one

And why did you have to kill them all?

"You must be crazy, leaving, oh, your child, unprotected
I did not do wrong beside taking my hunger away
But now that you got me you'll get to unleash your rage in all rightfulness
Ashes to ashes and dust to dust life is not so unfair after all"
