Meditation #1 by Beyondo

For many years I have been exploring mediation.
And as of recently craving a soundtrack for relaxation.
So I have created this meditation song. Here’s how to approach this.

Before you press play sit comfortably with or without headphones.
Take a few breaths and clear your throat.
Press Play.
There are a series of long tones that will alternate left to right.
They are based in a Lydian mode.
Take a breath and hum the tone or any tone for one breath until your breathe runs out then breath at your own pace through the nose for the first three tones.
When the new tone begins take a breath and sing along the same way.
After the first three nose breaths switch to breathing though the mouth.
The last tone is substantially longer and you could hum more or less or just breathe. Join me on this track where I do the steps above.
