Seascape Soundscapes by BassBus
During summer 2024 I had a number of snorkelling adventures which I recorded on my Gopro camera. After the first three, and having written some music for them, I realised this was inadvertantly becoming an album. That is what is here.
Each track was recorded 'in the box' with Omnisphere, Dune 3 and Analog Lab V soft synths. A few of the tracks have some added guitar played with an Ebow. The video was imported to Cubase and the music was written to the video, a bit of a change for me.

BassBus is the recording name of Graham Blanche. Over the last forty years Graham has performed in bands and sessions covering rock and pop, jazz, folk and country. The ambient spark was lit in 2015 after attending a gig by Steve Lawson and there followed a series of performance videos on YouTube. These utilised bass guitar and lots of effects pedals.
