AWBITS by Armed With Bow

AWBITS is the debut EP from London-based avant-cellist Armed With Bow. A collection of off-kilter experimental tracks, the EP shows a flipside of the artist’s music interests, in sharp contrast to his previous work.

One year ago, prior to the pandemic he was creating immersive ambient soundscapes for live “mindful listening” shows.

However, as the shock of lockdown life took its toll, he found himself emotionally alienated from his cello and practice. Creating this collection of tracks from the outer-rim of his electronic interests became the vehicle for reconnecting with music-making and was the path back to the light.
