Ape School is the brain child of Michael Johnson. After being a part of the band member with Holopaw and then Lilys, Johnson works mainly as a solo artist these days. Johnson has also performed live and collaborated with several Indie music titans such as Kurt Vile, Daedelus, and The War on Drugs.
