Separate by The Diary
The Diary is the 2nd album under the odd moniker. For this one, I used an inherited 1965 SG, a home computer, fuzz bass and drum loops made from my old Sunday Sessions. The drums were made by playing real sets and making loops. The bulk of the album was recorded in Sony Acid.
I let the post-punk era be my spiritual guidance for this one, but I did not shy away from the Abox electronics as I did on Page One. I loved one review I read somewhere online...
"This is an electronic musician's idea of punk and I like it."
