neque super mare, neque in ullam arborem.

English translation:

Archangels.
Michael, Gabriel, Raphael, Uriel
Protect us, deliver us.

And after these things I saw four Angels
Standing on the four corners of the Earth,
holding the four winds of the land,
so that the wind may not blow upon the land,
nor upon the sea, nor upon any tree.
