Walkabout from Pathways by Andy Wasserman

Although the walkabout is the name given to a very sacred tradition of the First Peoples of the Australian continent, the walkabout I'm referring to in this piano composition is more commonplace and mundane. Simply, taking a walk outside and moving about. Taking a walk very often clears the mind and brings solace to the soul, especially a walk in nature. To walkabout is to become unstuck from daily life by taking a break and returning to a feeling of calm.
