An experimentation of fingerpicking, exploring a range of sounds from simple poignant melodies to fast picking and abstract washes.

The compositions are rooted in pure traditional primitive guitar, but quickly break loose from this tradition using a variety of techniques present in different styles of music.

The improvisational part in a songs' composition gives way to the idea that nothing is the same. The pieces will never be played in the same way, although the core of the song and the principal feeling it tries to bring across, is always present.

Sometimes the melodies are fixed, sometimes it's only an idea of a melody that shines through. Some of them clear and outspoken, others are seated within the picking itself, giving the listener the possibility to concentrate on different aspects of the playing, all happening at the same time. A play between back- and foreground, similar to the depth of field in a photograph.

The songs are played on 6 and 12-string guitars and on Charango, a South American folk instrument.

Expressing himself mostly through moving strings, sometimes electric with blazing FX, sometimes acoustic on 6 and 12 string guitar, charango and ud.
