LIBERATION by ADAMA
I decided to write & produce this album during the first Lockdown (Pandemic) as a therapy (everything that i’m writing about is a glimpse of my own experiences and how i’ve been feeling ).
The single ‘’Liberation ‘’ was the first song that i started to produce .It resumes my state of mind ,yearning to liberate myself from my demons that led me to depression since i was 16 years old, also to free myself from the unhealthy society we live in and the constant oppression put on us by the system.
So few things that have been helping me during this process have been :
Meditation, The Ocean ,The Sun ,my little lucky buddha statue that follows me everywhere i go and to be back home here in Senegal ( west Africa) after 11 years.
