smooth jas is the musical moniker of long beach, CA native jasmine navarro. started in late 2018 as an experiment in lo-fidelity, earnest bedroom pop, the project has matured into a lush, heart-wrenching vehicle for self expression. smooth jas performs both solo and with a live band, and has played shows in new york and seattle, as well as multiple festivals in the la area.
