Kate Short

Kate Short splits her time between New York City and the vast expanses of rural New Mexico and Alaska. She likes to try to put the feeling of wonder one gets by standing in an open field staring at the sky into the fabric of her music. A Texas native, Kate has been influenced by a variety of styles, including country singer-songwriters, local Texas indie bands, and musical theater.
